For limited contact with parts up to 700°C. The duration of insulation depends on the temperature of the object.
The temperature indicates the peak temperature of the external material.
Fiberglass is thermally efficient, but less so mechanically. Opt for a fiberglass solution only if the contact temperature actually exceeds 500°C. For lower contact temperatures, use our other materials (bouclette, kermel...).
The mitten is ambidextrous/reversible to allow the use of both sides: by changing hand, the top becomes the palm (and vice-versa); thus, lifetime of the mittens is doubled.
